AFTER the issue was brought up it was finally taken care of, I was told by the housekeeping Supervisor that the housekeeping staff are suppose to check the filters as part of the cleaning of the room after checkout but obviously that never happened & although they did take away our 5 nights of resort fees I would hesitate to ever book a Stay Well room there again! My advice to anyone planning a stay in a Stay Well room is to check the air filter as soon as you get in the room, hopefully you won't have the experience we had! More Show less when nothing had been done I went down to speak to a manager who told me he would have it taken care of but that didn't happen either so after waiting 12 hrs with nothing being done I messaged MGM on their facebook page, 24 hrs. We had booked a 5 night stay in a Stay Well room August 23-28 & it was fine until we discovered that the air filter in the air purifier was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! After contacting the maid who didn't know what to do a maintenance man came & said he would take care of it, fast forward 2 hrs.
